Consider the story of the tar baby. When you touch it, you stick to it. When you push away with the other hand, it too sticks. The more you fight, the more stuck you become. This is the nature of the astral realm.
可以把它看成是個柏油娃娃，當你用一手去觸摸它時，你那隻手會黏上它。當你用另一隻手去推開它時，你的另一隻手也黏上去了。你越是抗拒，它黏得越緊。這是靈異界的特質。
Your best relationship with it is to ignore it. Only after you have chosen to do that, can you take the next step in your spiritual journey. Reflect upon this again and again, until you understand.
