This realm includes the different levels of the Auric field, the energy field that penetrates and surrounds the human body. The Auric field determines the structure and health of the human physical body.
~
The auric field reflects your personality and psychology. This field contains thousands of different energy centers—some small, some rather large. The larger ones are referred to as chakras, the smaller ones, acupuncture points.
~
One level deeper than the Auric field, the Hara also exists in the Psychoenergetic Realm. The Haric level is a “being level” of standing wave energy, where the energy exists but does not flow. From the ancient Chinese, we understand that the Hara represents an axis, a reference point, the concept of unshakability. By centering themselves in the hara, martial artists can perform tremendous physical feats.
~
A level still deeper in the Psychoenergetic Realm is the Core Point, a point that represents the unique essence of your being. It is your divine center, the divine spark. It correlates to what is known as the Atman in the deeper transcendental realm.
~
Like healing on the physical realm, healing on the electromagnetic realm involves fixing something. Perhaps some energy lines are broken and need to be reconnected. Psychodynamically, perhaps your beliefs about the world are hampering your life and need to be brought into balance.
~
The Psychoenergetic Realm is the groundwork for the physical realm. Healing in Psychoenergetic Realm is, therefore, essential in order for healing on the physical to hold. This is the level where hands-on healing generally focuses.

The physical realm is sometimes referred to as the material or “Newtonian” realm of existence. When your perception is confined to the range your senses normally provide, you believe that the world is matter, that reality is material, and that understanding material reality means understanding everything about life. You assume that everything works and can be explained by the laws of Newtonian physics.
~
The Physical Realm focuses on the linear and mechanical world of cause and effect. It is the foundation around which our cities are built, our vehicles run, and water is pumped into our homes. It relates to our purely physical being—our arms and legs, our internal organs, our toenails—and is at the heart of most modern western medicine and technology, yet, this Newtonian world is limiting—it doesn’t account for quantum physics—such things as paradox, freedom through imagination, or the unpredictable.
~
Healing on the level of the physical realm essentially involves fixing something. Perhaps a knee joint is out of alignment and needs to be straightened. Perhaps there is a chemical imbalance that needs correction. The physical realm involves viewing the body as a machine that needs fixing.

The physics of the past would lead us to believe that we exist in one realm—the physical world. Actually we simultaneously exist in different realms.
Reality changes when we experience it from the perspectives of the different realms.
Of the three basic realms, two—the electromagnetic and the transcendent—have sublevels.
The Three Realms of Existence and their Sublevels:

PHYSICAL
• Basic Physical World
PSYCHOENERGETIC
• All Levels of the Auric Field
• Personality
• Psychology
TRANSCENDENTAL
• Quantum Mechanics
• Transcendent

I will break down the three levels of existence in future blogs.

You exist in all realms.
In the physical realm, you are simply a body.
In the electromagnetic realm, you are your personality and all the psychology, thoughts, feelings, and emotions that you experience.
In the transcendental realm, you are infinite, unbounded, all-knowing, and eternal, pure Consciousness, oneness.
You are a multidimensional being and your unfolding is simply an exploration of your inner landscape. Not for you to label or change, but for you to commune with, experience, and enjoy.
Your unfolding lies in
the discovery of your Self
not in the fixing of yourself.

It’s important to have an open, healthy relationship with paradox. The alternative is limiting. If paradox makes you uneasy, remember one thing:
All paradox finds resolution within you
in the transcendent realm of existence;
you hold within you all dimensions of reality
and infinite degrees of freedom.
We don’t need to figure it out. Understanding paradox is about not figuring it out. It is something we feel in our being, and in our hearts. Live it as spontaneously as you open your arms and stretch each morning. It’s the nature of life. Enjoy it! It’s wonder-ful.

What Is Healing?
Healing is about returning to who you really are; it’s about taking off the shackles that bind you so you can enjoy your unbounded self. It’s about clearing away the blocks within you and returning to your innate splendor. It’s not about making yourself into something—it’s about letting yourself be, letting yourself unfold. Healing is about giving yourself infinite freedom to be who you truly are. The sun already shines inside you. Just clear away the clouds and experience your own Consciousness Unfolding.

“Basic Respect” is the cardinal rule of relationship.
Every relationship involves a unique form of respect for:
your spouse,
parents,
strangers,
children.
Where there is respect, relationships flourish.

Driving along I-26 on our way home from a family vacation at the beach, I was reflecting upon the week. It was great fun. However, I feel obligated to offer you this warning. Once you’ve lived at Mount Soma, to go outside of its exquisite influence is uncomfortable. I look forward to getting back to where the environment feeds my life so fully and so deeply.
When you live at Mount Soma, I believe you will come to know exactly what I’m talking about. Our work is to bring that out more fully to where it permeates the entire world. Once that is done, all the world’s problems will in short order resolve themselves. Until it is done, such resolution will remain but a dream.

As you all know, terrorism has caused Homeland Security to become quite strict. As a result, it has been terribly challenging to get the workers in from India to complete the temple. Consequently, we are going to have to postpone the consecration of the temple.
During this time, my thoughts and reflections go out to all of you. Through the years, we have encountered so many obstacles together. It has been said since ancient times that such obstacles inevitably come up when a Shiva Temple is built. Even more so when we create our Guru Chula (Enlightened City). I am most grateful that you have committed yourselves to be part of the process. Know that you are much more than simply course participants. You are a soldier for global evolution.
It may seem, in the greater scheme of things, to be a small inconvenience that schedules need to be rearranged or housing has been limited during the construction years. However, your willingness to endure is far more than that. It is the very substance required to bring forth our dream of a better world. I solute you for being an integral part of this noble effort. Soon, when the temple is finally consecrated, all these obstacles will be behind us. The wind will no longer be in our face, but will be at our back, supporting our progress forward. You will be among those whose dedication and perserverence made it so.
During these days of Wimbledon tennis, the words of Billy Jean King ring true; “Pressure is a privilege.” We have for all these years been moving forward together. It is a great privilege for me to be blessed with the opportunity to do so with you.
