You exist in all realms.
In the physical realm, you are simply a body.
In the electromagnetic realm, you are your personality and all the psychology, thoughts, feelings, and emotions that you experience.
In the transcendental realm, you are infinite, unbounded, all-knowing, and eternal, pure Consciousness, oneness.
You are a multidimensional being and your unfolding is simply an exploration of your inner landscape. Not for you to label or change, but for you to commune with, experience, and enjoy.
Your unfolding lies in
the discovery of your Self
not in the fixing of yourself.

It’s important to have an open, healthy relationship with paradox. The alternative is limiting. If paradox makes you uneasy, remember one thing:
All paradox finds resolution within you
in the transcendent realm of existence;
you hold within you all dimensions of reality
and infinite degrees of freedom.
We don’t need to figure it out. Understanding paradox is about not figuring it out. It is something we feel in our being, and in our hearts. Live it as spontaneously as you open your arms and stretch each morning. It’s the nature of life. Enjoy it! It’s wonder-ful.

What Is Healing?
Healing is about returning to who you really are; it’s about taking off the shackles that bind you so you can enjoy your unbounded self. It’s about clearing away the blocks within you and returning to your innate splendor. It’s not about making yourself into something—it’s about letting yourself be, letting yourself unfold. Healing is about giving yourself infinite freedom to be who you truly are. The sun already shines inside you. Just clear away the clouds and experience your own Consciousness Unfolding.

I am sitting with my family on the porch of our condo vacation rental looking out over the ocean on a little island between Savannah, GA and Charleston, SC. When I think of Savannah I always think of Sherman’s March, but I will save that for a future blog.
My younger daughter was talking about dreams and childhood memories as we all looked out at the clouds over the ocean. She asked what dreams are. I said they are songs of the heart. She looked up in the air and said, “Yes, that’s right.”
I said that when the heart is tired, we may have scary dreams (in response to her reference to a scary dream she had had) but the rest of the time, dreams are happy. She agreed.
I think at the upcoming class in SF I will talk more about dreams.

As you seek peace and divinity, know that it is very nearby… always. It is the sanctity of your own Being.
Why, then, is it so elusive to so many?
The answer lies in the power of habit. Habit rules attention. Habit is the conditioning of awareness that colors perception, even of your own Self. Conditioning deceives you into thinking the veil between you and God is vast.
Truly, however, the veil between you and God is infinitely thin—nonexistent really.

Someone in the ashram program recently said to me, “If your students saw how you functioned, they would be amazed.”
“What do you mean?’” I asked, “Really all of my lectures are about nothing other than that… how I see and live life.” She is a bright woman and I am sure she followed my lectures.
She said, “Yes, I know, but until I saw it in action, I did not understand it, even though I thought I did. To see it lived has given me a totally different and profoundly deeper understanding of what you say.”
Her words reminded me of the ancient tradition of the ashram and how knowledge is conveyed there.
Knowledge in books remains in the books. To know all about something is not to become it. “Know it alls” know nothing. To Know, you must move beyond what you know.

Regarding fitness, It is said you can not exercise your way out of a bad diet. I would like to say that is also true of the rest of life.
Start with good fundamentals, good premises, a good foundation. This is true of all things, including spiritual understanding. One does well to carefully examine those fundamental principles.
Unfortunately most do not have the inclination to do so. A house does not stand well on a weak foundation.
To enjoy the surface pleasures of daily life, stay true to the depth. Tend to the depth. Pursue an understanding of the depth beyond what you currently know. Strive to live true to that.
The world is not as you have been lead to believe.

Nothing is concrete.
Everything is a multifaceted abstraction.
If we reduce something to a concretion,
it loses its meaning and grandeur.
Striving to understand, we do this with ourselves, others, and everything.
By adhering to a perspective,
we limit our ability to understand.

Vulnerability comes in two forms, one with a capital “V” and the other with a small “v.”
Vulnerability (“V”) refers to your innermost Divine essence, the place of inner perfection, inner divinity, the unified field.
Paradoxically, inner divinity is not only infinite, unbounded, eternal, and unshakable, but is simultaneously infinitely Vulnerable.
On that level, you have the ability to feel something so deeply that you actually merge with it, become one with it, know it as a facet of your own being. It is the central core of your being.

Personality is superficial. Unfortunately, the nature of ones personality is often used to gauge ones evolution.
I look forward to the day humanity looks deeper.
