Your podcast was so hopeful for me to hear! That baby step priniciple explained a little differently as leaning into momentum. This will all happen shortly for me again as I am currently at almost full stop post surgery. The desire is there now for greater health as I find my own momentum instead of following the ‘This works for most everybody’ paradigm.
