Karmic waves carry us like a kite in the wind. yet we can navigate with our free will which karmic wave we ride, which waves are most life nourishing, but that requires attention, evaluation, discernment, intelligent reflection and wisdom.
Once you are riding a healthy wave, the key to life is just continuing to ‘show up’. Or if/when you realize the wave carrying you is not healthy, ‘showing up’ means finding a healthier wave.
