Cream cheese
Ricotta cheese
Sour cream
(approximately equal parts of each… to taste)
lemon juice
sweetener

DIRECTIONS

Mix with a little lemon juice and sweetener of your choice (sugar or stevia).
No baking… ready to eat.
Top with fruit if you wish.
