Thank you Michael and Adrienne for this conversation. I’ve been starting to feel hopeless with everything going on in the world and having two small children during shelter in place. It’s nice to hear that there is hope and that it’s darkest just before the dawn.
Michael, thank you for producing these podcasts. I have been a student of your teachings since the mid 2000’s. I had the fortunate opportunity to sit with you and feel the Knowledge that you are sharing. These talks have been a welcome space in this climate. A touchstone to the divine—like the relief you feel from a deep sigh. I look forward to them and appreciate them so much!
You have said many things over the years that have challenged my perspective but I trust where you are coming from—which is such a gift. You leave space for the work that needs to be done, in it’s time. I am an avid gardener now—and I think of the analogy of the blossom. To allow the true nature of the blossom you must till the soil, water the roots. So powerful.
I have been on a sabbatical from my work as a massage therapist since March (after 22 years) and I have been using my work space to practice the meditation you taught me. I see this as an opportunity to get things done that before I “didn’t have time to do”. I am trying to take a one day at a time approach to life and feel into my cosmic cushion. It really has helped me in this time of great change and transition.
Your teachings have inspired me in so many ways. I have received so much healing from what you share. I aspire to visit Mt Soma someday and learn more about the traditions you are practicing there. It helps to know that it exists and all that it will do to further human evolution. From the depth of my being, thank you.
