At the end of this podcast, we were all in such a still, subtle place, I was having a hard time coming up with the words to capture what I was feeling. In our world today, we are busy, busy, busy, talking, moving, going, going, going. We are connected into our social media to the degree that we don’t give ourselves a moment to rest deeply within. I remember my parents and grandparents sitting quietly, in silence, their attention turned inward. We’ve all had those moments where we sit in stillness, watching a bird or a tree, the swaying of a wheat field…just being. As Michael says, “Silence is a thing.” It’s from this silent, still place that subtle sight, in-sight, our own deepest wisdom wells up from within and becomes available to us.
