Laws do not create harmony and order. Alignment with Natural Law creates harmony and order.
When humanity finally aligns with Natural Law, harmony and order will reign and the lawmakers will claim it was their administration that finally created the right set of laws.
That is like looking out the windows of a train speeding through the forest and claiming that the trees are moving.

Would this be another example of an enlightened world that still has War…or maybe the fact that not all perspectives have a reality? Sometimes the simplest thoughts can be so deeply moving.

Yes to both your example and your fact.
Yet still, of course, there is a level of global enlightenment that is free of war… but it seems more evolutionary for most to explore the notion of an enlightened being, such a Lord Krishna, engaged upon the field of battle. Notions of lollipops and rainbows offer less opportunity for growth.
Just like so many war movies I have watched..especially those from the crusades time period..when all sides believed they were fighting in the name of and for God.I believe they believed that with all there heart and soul. However a few seemed to be more evolved.. like in the movie..The Kingdom of Heaven..it was said by one,”The kingdom of heaven dwells within”
