Perhaps this was truer some years ago. Today it seems many value and impose their own impulsive opinions far too easily.

Yes indeed! Would humility not only “better honor the sanctity” but also cultivate a deeper appreciation and more deserving culture ? Could it be that our society’s reckless, invasive and often abusive (stronger than impulsive) use of our freedoms has somehow eroded the fundamentals of our initial good fortune. OMG, what have we done…and how much has been lost…?
