Yesterday’s Guru Purnima was a beautiful day beginning with a Surya Ram class and ending with an evening of Vedic knowledge and sitting outside in the enchanting mountain night.

Dr. Michael Mamas’ students honored him with some beautiful words spoken by Barbara Weisshaar.

    I looked at the moon and wished I were there. Gaia picked out flowers for you. I put them in front of the Surya One pic and tried to show devotion, though it seemed lame. Expressing what is in my heart and soul is difficult if not impossible. I cannot wait to see the video. Deep love, honor, respect and gratitude for Dr. Mamas. Always. You lucky people that were there, please share. Any thoughts or comments? I only got to the first GP and that was pure magic.
