I just reviewed again my latest short, but sweet, YouTube videos on how to meditate and must say I am very happy with them. I would encourage long time meditators and beginning meditators alike to watch them.
Likes and comments on the videos are welcome!
Every one of these videos has a wealth of great information and wisdom! Thank you for making them!
What a coincidence! I watched them today. What made me jumped and yelled “yes” was that you answered my questions without me asking.
I have been pondering on the meaning of integration… Culturing the habit of transcending… Do we transcend while awake? What is it so unique about Surya Ram Meditation.
This YouTube series is simply awesome! Thank you for making them.
Learning this meditation was the greatest gift of my life. Thank you Michael Mamas
I agree with Michael Brandon – I learned TM a few years prior to learning Surya Ram and Surya Ram is much more natural. Greatest gift of my life.
I loved these four videos. They were short, sweet and flowed nicely together.
I’ve been thinking about meditating by myself vs. joining the group.
I saw a video of a large aspen grove on Facebook. There were what seemed like thousands of beautiful trees shimmering and quaking in a slight breeze. They even make the slightest tinkling noise together, they sing a bliss song.
The video said their root system was one. We saw them as separate trees. In reality, the interconnected root system was that of one massive tree.
I like to think of that in the hall, or even when I think of friends and other students who aren’t around on Mount Soma.
Each person who practices the meditation is in that root system. It gives me peace because no one is really ever gone.
I also think of Maharshi sometimes. I get sad I never met Him, then I realize He’s here. It brings me to tears, actually because I feel like He is walking round the hall there with us, with his little watering can for our roots. I know it’s crazy.
I’m grateful Dr. Mamas found me and shared this gift. What a world it would be if this meditation spreads. What a horrible, hopeless world without it.
Jai Guru Dev.
Its a wonderful set of videos. Thank you.
