When I was in the Corporate World, we used a process to plan and run meetings. It was called PACER. The acronym stands for
Purpose
Agenda
Code of Conduct
Expectations
Roles
I was taught both to teach and lead meetings using this structure. It really works well when utilized. But it takes planning and discipline. Of course, business, to be done well, takes planning and discipline.
