Ego is the check point of spirituality. Whether it comes thorough ahamkar or asmita, I AM , is the journey that can get lost in arrogance or transformation . Thank you for clarifying importance of healthy ego and how to tranform it as a lifelong journey !

Ego can pride itself on its spiritual attainments just as easily as it can pride itself on money or sports etc. Ego is not the enemy to be battled but rather harmonized and integrated with the deepest most expansive levels of life.
I like when you said, “In fact, the self becomes huge, as you become one with everything in existence.” I’m all about inflating myself too

I was taught to practice self-less, which was a measurement of a person’s spiritual evolution. It was such a struggle to meet the standards other people set as self-less. Your explanation makes so much more sense. Thank you!
