So true what you said.. hard to find an authentic yoga class these days that’s not about intense vinyasa.. certainly not for my nervous system going up and down the entire time. I’ve recently returned to a gentle practice at home which suits me. Just a few poses can be so refreshing and I can feel the opening and energy flow.
