I found this podcast intriguing. I hope the listeners really get the feel of how our minds function. We are pressed to adopt certain beliefs from the time we are born; from our family systems, our peer groups, through the socialization of our unique environment, the cultural expectations of the part of the country we were raised in, our family’s spiritual/religious beliefs, our family’s political beliefs, the beliefs impressed upon us through higher education, through the media and social media. Have we just been swallowing the beliefs of others, or have we been freely choosing our own beliefs? Do we really know our own minds? How do you know? Are you sure? How do you live your life in alignment with your OWN mind.
