To Understand

To Understand - Michael MamasYou can take my teachings and come to understand them intellectually, and then file them away in a shoebox and decide you get it. Or, you can work with them to the point you find the truth of them deep within your own being. Only then can you truly live them. Only then do you truly understand them.

    As you have often said, the deepest truth is inside of all of us and just needs to be discovered. Thank you for showing a way to it.

    The classes and meditation retreats help with the process of finding it within ourselves.

    I would also suggest doing seva at Mount Soma or Sri Somesvara. Exploration happens more naturally when the world surrounding you supports the internal work.
