I have heard so many people say that doing nothing is a waste of time.I have heard others liken meditation to doing nothing.What a beautiful contradiction when “doing nothing”is the most fulfilling action a human can take.I have wasted time and it certainly was not because I was doing nothing..it was because I was doing something that did not support my journey towards a physiological shift.. to see everything.
