Its a wonderful article which reminds me to trust the inner intelligence. Thank you.
This understanding of health and healing kind of reminds me of the quote, I think from a pope, along the lines of, “In our obsession with original sin, we too often forget our original innocence.”
I do find it to be true, that we can heal “Simply by exploring the feelings that are coming up, and holding them to the light of day without judgment…” I think it’s the “without judgement” part that is tricky.
