    Is there any benefit to just letting the mantra play continuously & quietly in an empty house while I’m at work? (in addition to listening when going to sleep at night)

    Hi Mary,
    Of course as you know, best to listen and do so while sitting up. However, all the things you mentioned are good. I play mantras throughout my home all day and night. Just turn them off in the room if you are focusing on something else.

    It does loop for most people. I am no computer wizard, but am told that for those who does not, they can ask a computer wiz to help them. For those in the know, I am told it is an easy fix they could step you through.

    Apparently this may not work in the Safari (Apple) browser. If so, try Chrome or Firefox instead.
